7-day free trial

New subscriptions include a 7-day free trial after you approve your payment method. Annual billing is selected by default: $34.99 USD per year after the trial. You may choose monthly billing at $10 USD per month before starting checkout. One subscription covers up to eight users.

Automatic charges and renewals

When you start the trial, you authorize the selected subscription charge at the end of the trial and automatic renewal at the selected monthly or annual price until you cancel. The price and billing frequency are shown before you approve checkout.

Cancel before the renewal date

You must cancel before your trial ends to avoid the first subscription charge. After the trial, you must cancel before your next renewal date to avoid the next renewal charge. Canceling on or after the renewal date may not prevent a charge that has already been processed.

Open Account & users and choose Manage / cancel subscription to manage cancellation with your payment provider. Your provider’s billing page shows your subscription and renewal details. Closing the app or ceasing to use it does not cancel your subscription.
