We create each selected date now, keeping the meeting time in the organizer’s timezone. Short months use the last available date or matching weekday. Send invitations for each date separately.

Organizer name, username/user ID, and the contact information entered here will be shared with group members and included in emailed invitations.

After creating it, use Send invitations to invite current group members. Only members who opted in receive email.
